wake up a sleeping computer. A test goal will be to first wake a
computer locally, and then remotely. I'll need a new Ethernet
cable first.<br>

<p>I do have an Ethernet dock for my Dell, so I will look into this.
It looks like my Dell also supports wake on LAN so I will try this
out later. I'll have to see what device manager shows me when I'm
attached to the docking station. It's a different Ethernet adapter
than the one listed here which is the wireless adapter. Anyone
ever hear of "Wake on Magic Packet? <br>
