How much does the tech. cost to build, and what is the carbon footprint of the manufacture and eventual decommissioning of the tech? </div><div dir="ltr"><br clear="none"></div><div dir="ltr">How exactly does it work? What mechanism (physical and chemical) is he using? What materials are used to make the tech.? How practical is it in the real world to retrofit a large number of big cooling towers with this tech.?
