    <p><font size="4">I think the fastest way to get back to a solid
        machine would be to reload Windows. You'll spend more time
        trying to fix it. Back up your data and software license keys.
        You can do the reinstallation from inside the Settings app.
        Choose the option to keep your personal files. Don't install
        Windows 11 on top of a broken Windows 10 unless you're simply
        interested in doing a test install.<br>

    <p><font size="4">Is your machine new enough that it qualifies to
        run Windows 11? If so, I would suggest going that route after
        reinstalling Windows 10. Simply upgrade before reinstalling any
