<p>I'm assuming that other applications can see the camera. There
might be a privacy issue. On a Mac, under System Settings/Privacy
and Security, there's a "camera" setting. Make sure zoom is
allowed to use the camera.<br>
</p>
<p>Some other things to try: Restarting zoom. Unplugging and
re-plugging the camera. Going into zoom preferences under "video"
and selecting the right camera.</p>
<p>As I remember, I once had a problem with a USB camera that got
fixed by plugging the camera directly into the computer's USB port
rather than a hub.<br>
</p>
<p>If none of that applies, there will be plenty of hits in a Web
search for "zoom can't find camera" along with the OS you are
running.<br>
