A California friend of mine spotted this license plate on a car he 

parked next to at his local Whole Foods.<br>

I wouldn't want to be the California Highway Patrol officer who sees 

this guy speeding by, glances at the plate, and then tries to call in 

the plate number over the radio.<br>

  <br>

But then, maybe the owner of this BMW is a strong and supportive pillar 

of their community.<br>
