<div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">John, the research is correct. </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">I have short-term memory issues (lifelong issues) and I find that writing something down does help me remember. I'm particularly bad with names and numbers. Something about the physical act of writing these things down activates parts of my memory which otherwise don't kick in very well. </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Drew, I recognize there are many benefits to digital record-keeping. </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">I use email and documents to keep track of financial and medical information, using all-electronic means. And syncing across devices is very convenient. Sure beats entering the same data over and over.
