Then, without warning, Apple told me I had used up all of <i>5 GB of my 5 GB allotment</i> (those are not typos! See screen shot, below.)</span><br style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">

What is the “+” appended to iCloud? How can this be rectified?
