<div dir="ltr">A year ago I switched from Verizon (and previously AT&T) to "Google FI", mainly to buy a Samsung S23 Ultra for $600 paid over two years with no interest. <div><br></div><div>Google Fi is basically T-Mobile, which is sketchy but usable where I live (rural Riverside County, CA), but spectacularly fast (data) in cities including Boston, which I visit often. <div><br></div><div>It's cheaper than Verizon, but the real benefit is overseas. I figure I saved $240 in two Europe trips last year: free phone and data, with no speed throttling. You would just be paying Comcast versus Verizon for similar service. If you have the money you can get far superior service directly from Verizon. They have plans with lots of fast data that you can't get from Comcast.<br><br>I went a similar route a few years ago. I am a convert from Verizon corporate to visible which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Verizon. My total cellular bill is $ $35 All In and they even have a $25 plan with no extra fees.
