I keep the phone and the charger in the glove box and can always power on the phone if I should need it.<br><br>I also have a handful of small batteries that are designed to charge cell phones. <br><br>I have a small compact one that is just a little bit larger than a credit card. I keep it with me all the time. dial 911. Not if you have NO connection to a carrier to make the

box of my car. If I get stuck somewhere, and I don't have my
cell phone, I can use this one to call the police.<br>
