<p><font size="5">I didn't ask about Apple, but if you have Android
with the right hardware and software your phone will auto-detect
nearby Auracast broadcasts. I've highlighted the required
devices and software.<br>
</font></p>
<p><font size="5">Google has integrated Auracast support into its
Android ecosystem, particularly with devices running <b><span
style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 0);">Android 15</span></b>
and above. For example, <b><span
style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 0);">Pixel 9</span></b>
devices and <b><span
style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 0);">Samsung Galaxy
devices with One UI 7</span> </b>can connect to Auracast
broadcasts. Some features, like using QR codes to connect to
broadcasts, make it easier to tune in without navigating through
settings.</font></p>
<p><font size="5">While there isn't a specific app solely for
detecting Auracast proximity, Android's built-in support for
Auracast allows compatible devices to connect seamlessly to
broadcasts in public or private spacesĀ If you're using a
compatible device, you should be able to access these features
directly through your system settings or notifications.</font></p>
<p><font size="5">Auracast technology is gaining traction in public
locations like airports, gyms, and museums. You can explore more
