Thanks for the additional info on Auracast. Today, I would not buy HA's without ability to utilize Auracast.</div>

<p>All,</p>
<p>at this morning's meeting we learned about a new hearing aid technology called auracast. I did an AI lookup in Copilot about this technology and here is what it had to say.</p>
<p>It's actually a technology that I'm looking forward to. I don't need it now but when it becomes fully available everywhere I might.</p>
<p>Essentially this is a new Bluetooth upgraded technology that allows a device like a TV to broadcast throughout your house up to 320 ft and anybody in the house wearing compatible hearing aids can tune into the TV.</p>
<p>Copilot uses a train station as an example. Train stations can be very noisy, and it can be difficult for everybody to hear the information about what trains are coming and going. It would be great if you're hearing aids could tap into a broadcast and hear
all the train announcements without having to pair their hearing aids with anything.</p>
<p>It's all about not having to pair the way that you do today and also how many devices can be connected to the system at the same time.</p>

<p>Auracast is an innovative Bluetooth technology designed to enhance audio sharing and accessibility. It allows a single device, like a phone or TV, to broadcast audio to multiple Bluetooth receivers simultaneously. This means you can share music, podcasts,
or other audio with friends without needing to pass around earbuds or deal with pairing hassles.</p>
<p>Auracast also has practical applications in public spaces, such as enabling people to tune into announcements or audio streams through their personal devices, making environments like train stations more inclusive. It's a game-changer for audio sharing and
accessibility!</p>
<p>Auracast, which uses Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) Audio, typically has a range of up to
<strong>100 meters (328 feet)</strong>, depending on the transmission device. This means you can enjoy audio from your TV or other devices even if you're in another room, as long as there are no significant obstacles like thick walls or interference.</p>
