<body>Hi,<div><br /></div><div>I've lost audio, both input and output, on my Windows 11 laptop, possibly due to a driver update. When I plug in a USB headset, Windows see the USB microphone but not the USB speaker. Here's what I've done to try to solve the problem:</div><div><ul style="list-style-type: square;"><li>Rebooted</li><li>Run the Microsoft troubleshooter. It couldn't solve the problem</li><li>Used the Device Manager to update all audio drivers. In each case, Device Manager reports, "The best drivers for your device are already installed."</li></ul></div><blockquote style="margin: 0 0 0 40px; border: none; padding: 0px;"><blockquote style="margin: 0 0 0 40px; border: none; padding: 0px;"><div><div><img src="cid:em80a1636e-4ff5-4c82-895d-6cd266f6ebe0@668dadbc.com" border="0" /></div></div></blockquote></blockquote><div><br /></div><div>I'd appreciate any suggestions for getting my audio back.</div><div><br /></div><div>Thank you,</div><div>Harriet</div><div><br /></div></body></html>
