It was so good that I thought we should have it presented to you.<u></u><u></u></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14pt"><u></u> <u></u></span></p><p class="m_-8762086620207295981ydpf965c82eyiv2473593189msonormal" style="margin:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><i><span style="font-size:14pt;letter-spacing:-0.25pt">Susan is a molecular geneticist who ironically dropped her first genetics course. She graduated from MIT with a Bachelor’s degree in biology. As a molecular geneticist, Susan used yeast as a model organism to study neurodegenerative disease such as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (Lou Gehrig Disease), Frontal Temporal Lobe Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease. More recently, she extended her research model to study cancer genes. She has over 115 publications in leading journals, including Nature, Science, and Cell, and has obtained more than $13 million in research funding.
