Here is a link to an article regarding a open source multiplatform
clipboard manager that I just started using on Windows and Linux
and so far I'm very happy with it. Works on Windows, Linux, and
MacOS.</div>

<div dir="auto">Simply bring up the window with all the clipboard
entries in it and drag and drop what you want where you want it.</div>

<div dir="auto">Windows allows you to optionally extend your
clipboard from one entry to as many as 25. This is unlimited.</div>

</div>
<div dir="auto">Neither Linux or the Mac have clipboard History
built in.</div>

You can set the clipboard database to be as big as you want so you
can accumulate hundreds or thousands of entries that are
searchable.<br>

Will this software running in the background you'll never have to
remember where something you clipped came from and where you may
have pasted it.<br>
