I had a few questions before I bought the phone and they responded promptly to them. They were also very helpful post-purchase, with suggestion as to how to transfer data from my old phone to my new one. The price was very reasonable.

I bought a phone in rated as in Excellent condition and, on arrival, it was indistinguishable from a new phone.

Harriet Cohen

I have been setting up an iPhone 14 for my wife. I am having a problem because the menus for this phone do not agree with those for my iPhone 12.

For instance I use my iPhone 12 in 5G mode where available. There is no setting to use 5G for the iPhone 14.

Software revisions: the 12 has IOS 18.6.2.
The 14 claims it is using IOS 18.6 but I wonder if it really is.

Any suggestions about what I should do?
