My daughter experienced a problem(described below) when she tried to load pictures from her SanDisk card to her new computer.

Here's what happened: 

I was uploading pictures from my camera's SanDisk card, which I have done hundreds of times before on my old computer.  All I would have to do is insert the card into the computer, open the file and take whichever pictures I wanted from the card to my computer. 

 

With my new computer, however, when I inserted the SanDisk card into the computer I wasn't able to browse the pictures at all.  When I tried opening the file I got the NCCONLST icon and then a message that I could use a program to open the pictures with that.  Unfortunately, I wasn't able to do that either. 

 

Does that make sense? 

 

The microsoft person says there's a chance the pictures are somewhere on my computer but I haven't been able to locate them. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
