[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Special Meeting Computer and Technology Group

I may be unable to attend the meeting, so I jutted some thoughts in the 
attached powerpoint presentation. It sketches out what I feel should be 
a point of departure for a requirements document. Please modify and add 
to it as you see fit.
