 You Tube's strategy seems to be to block or take down content first, then let users complain or appeal. The appeals sometimes get escalated to human review panels, who then decide if the original takedown or block was justified. Most appeals fail, but once in awhile the humans see things differently from the AI bots.

would just let "AI" automatically ban stuff (especially from random places
not previously "known to infringe") and without human any oversight
whatsoever, but maybe they are overwhelmed with material?  Also, this was a
live broadcast, which may have had something to do with it.  Seems like
they should flag stuff and have it reviewed by moderators?

However, if you want to post URLs, you really should post unannotated ones,
without all sorts of attached (and visually unappealing) "trackers".  Like
