[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] 2nd Try: Covid Wuhan Market Lab Leak

This is the question which was raised by Jerry in part of his presentation. Jerry seems to have an opinion, and he thinks he has seen evidence of the lab-leak theory. The NY Times article takes a less strident view and allows for the possibility of a natural, zoonotic origin of the virus.
While I do not doubt Jerry's sources or the possibility he is correct in his conclusions, I do agree with the NY Times article, that we may never know for sure where the COVID-19 SARS virus came from. I consider both leading theories possible and plausible.
What I want to focus on is not so much "Where did this virus come from?" as "What lessons can we learn from this outbreak and the worldwide responses to it, which might make the next pandemic less deadly, and less economically devastating that this one proved to be?"
I'd like us (all over the world) to be proactive regarding future pandemics and the development and implementation of countermeasures, rather than reactive and punitive toward any country or government.

Because of the Chinese Government's behavior, this is one of those questions that will probably now never be answered without some doubt. This, of course, is the exact effect desired...
