There are a lot of different opinions out there.  I do it every few days and shut off my screen when not using it because it generates a surprising amount of heat

I get material from HowStuffWorks.com  every few days and it is fascinating.  Read the first article on the nigersaurus and check out not only the number of teeth but the frequency with which they are replaced.
