[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Solar Panel Economics

I belong to Temple Isaiah and we have a "sister" congregation in Israel. 
They are looking to get some help in understanding the economics of 
solar panels in a Middle East location as they would like to install 
them on their facility.

They currently have plans for the installation but have some questions 
on economics.

Anyone have some expertise or know of someone who might help?
