[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Climate control by bubble shade at L1

Suppose one takes a middle ground ( often a prudent approach with much unknown) 
and assumes that we do have man made warming which long term might create serious problems world wide. Of course the degree of harm , the likely probability  and the timetable are also not fully known or agreed upon even by credentialed experts. 

That said we shouldn’t  ignore the problem  , nor should we go overboard and stop 
poor countries from growing their economies or take extreme actions that seriously 
harm the standard of living of wealthy countries.  

If we start as above  we can look at realistic ways to work on the problem to reduce man made warming in a calm and deliberate matter and look at the tradeoffs involved. 

As I see it neither extremes are following this path. 
 On one extreme are total deniers, who do nothing ,  and on  the other extreme are the “end of the world screamers”  who would destroy our economy and impoverish the third world with extreme remedies.

The poor countries will not listen to the  warming extremists  so continue to pollute 
with no real effort to contain  emissions .. and their emissions dwarf those of the rich countries. 

If man made warming is a threat it was caused  by technology over a long period. 
and It can be solved by technology but that will also take a long time. 

We need to move to the middle and work on long term solutions and ignore the extremes on both sides. 

The whole warming othing has become a quasi-religious political battle when it should be a long term research  project like curing cancer  .
