In your FB app, if you go to your account > settings and privacy > account > password and security, you can check under recent emails from Facebook. I would think if you have two-factor authentication on and also turned on notification about logins, you should be ok. Below is a link for more info. Seems that you would be invited to enroll.

I looked it up and it appears to be a legitimate thing to go.

I googled to find instructions and it says “look for a notification on your News Feed” followed by some other stuff

I could find something called “News” but nothing called News Feed.  And News seems to be links to lots of stories

 

A second statement says “on the welcome screen tap Next”.  Can’t find it

 

Any suggestions
