[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Windows 11 rollout stats

I have 3 systems, one Win 11 and two Win 10 (too old for Win 11). The Win
11 system is my primary. My main complaint about Win 11 is the crippled
taskbar. It may be a personal thing but I could do a lot more with the Win
10 (and Win 7) taskbars than Win 11. Thankfully, a third party app called
"StartAllBack" restores all the shortfalls of the taskbar, the start menu
and File Manager.
