[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Strange Skype Error

All,

I recently fired-up Skype and got a strange error
so I uninstalled Skype
then downloaded from the Skype website a "new Skype"
it installed and when I launched it -- guess what the same Skype error

Anyone have this experience?

Anyway -- I'm just hoping that this isn't the start of more Windows
problems which I thought were behind me
