[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Strange Skype Error

 Skype Windows App is not the Skype you get from the Skype web site. The issue happened in a built-in Windows 10/11 Windows Store App. This means the Application Cache for this built-in App is corrupted.
Unfortunately, you cannot uninstall and reinstall built-in Store Apps in Windows 10/11. You have to go into an Administrator Powershell window and copy/paste or type a very complex command string.Then another. It doesn't always work. The next step is a non-destructive reinstall of Windows if that method does not work.
You may have luck with the built-in Windows Store App Troubleshooter, but not always.
Skype for Windows has been superseded by Teams for Windows 11. 
But if you have an upgraded Windows 10 to Windows 11 setup, Skype is still in there, and it still behaves as a built-in Windows 10/11 Store App.
I don't have time right now to post the details and links about resetting the Store Caches for built-in apps. I can respond more fully later today.
In the meantime, maybe someone else can fill in the URLs and specific instructions for cleaning up a corrupted Skype App in Windows 10/11.
