[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Question about restoring a Firefox session

Thanks. I remember reading somewhere that you could go to the folder Library then Firefox then Profiles and there would be back up copies of your sessions. I see some .json files but I am not sure how to use them to restore the session. Any clues?

Best,
Alice

These unless you back them up (Don't ask me how to do this on a Mac) they are most likely gone forever. There may be a backup Firefox Profile, but this would be difficult to restore.
