Harry,

I use an Android tablet and a stylus to take notes in Evernote.

If I'm on the phone, for example, and need to take notes from the person that I am on the phone with, I quickly write in regular text on the tablet in the document.

I can also have my handwriting converted to actual text, which is ultra convenient.

For many years, I always used to keep a notepad near the phone and another on my desk, and now they've both been replaced with tablets just like on Star Trek.

The ipad has a stylus option but not for doing the kind of writing that you can do with my android tablet and it's stylus.

I rarely do it but I could flip my Laptop around and use it as a tablet with a stylus and I have a Microsoft surface tablet that has a stylus so paper is very rare in my home.

Every one of my electronic devices laptops and tablets come with stylus for handwriting recognition.

My nieces who are 28 and 32 I don't think have any paper anymore.

They can enter text into their phone so quickly it's faster than writing with paper.
