You are correct, and I apologize for the error in my previous response. Franz Schubert's Symphony No. 8, also known as the "Unfinished" Symphony, is indeed his eighth symphony, not his ninth. It is one of his most famous and beloved works, and despite its unfinished status (it only has two completed movements), it is widely regarded as a masterpiece of the symphonic repertoire.
