[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Mac help needed, paid if necessary. Help?

A low-tech relative in Lexington has problems with her beloved MacBook Air:
an OS upgrade by the Genius Bar made all her bookmarks and many other
things vanish, her Time Machine backups are apparently not readable, etc.
She wants "grownup" help -- doesn't want to risk the Genius Bar "kids"
again. Who/where should she contact for competent empathetic help, paid
cheerfully if appropriate.

I do Windows/Linux, so am sympathetic but not helpful. Many thanks in
