The fiber is "Optifiber compare to Benefiber(r)" "Prebiotic Fiber
Supplement" (yes, prebiotic, not probiotic)
Ingredient: Wheat Dextrin.  Contains wheat ingredients. Gluten-free,
contains less than 20ppm gluten.
