heat from biomass plant Burgess BioPower to keep its streets and 
sidewalks clear of snow in the winter."

"The funding comes from the Rebuilding American Infrastructure with 
Sustainability and Equity grant program."

This is one of the poorest towns in NH. The homeless are looking forward 
to heated sidewalks...
