 I'm afraid if there were heated sidewalks in Waltham, we'd be seeing a lot more rats and coyotes out in the open. Our unhoused people do like the Charles Riverwalk, but otherwise they're in the woods and onnly there during nicer weather. We do have shelters. (Not for the rats or coyotes!)
