[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] What's that license plate?

A California friend of mine spotted this license plate on a car he 
parked next to at his local Whole Foods.

I wouldn't want to be the California Highway Patrol officer who sees 
this guy speeding by, glances at the plate, and then tries to call in 
the plate number over the radio.

But then, maybe the owner of this BMW is a strong and supportive pillar 
of their community.
