Dear TL;DR folks:

Meeting on Wed June 28 will be a Zoom-only meeting 10am-11:30am]

Dear Detail folks:

The Lexington Recreation Department offers a variety of summer courses for
kids, starting this week.

This means that our normal meeting rooms will move around over the summer
since there is contention for our normal meeting room, LexCC Room 237.
There are other rooms available, but they either do not have a large screen
video display -- or they are the cafeteria which has the right equipment
but needs to be set up for Lunch starting at 11:30 on Wednesdays.

The remaining possible choices are:

   - Room 237 (our normal room: in use by summer programs until the middle
      of August)
      - Room 242 (our alternate room down the hall from 237)
      - Room 246 (the small room right opposite from 237)
      - No room available, in which case we will have a Zoom only meeting

I will forward the schedule of dates, room assignments, and meeting types
(LexCC room-only, Hybrid, Zoom-only) as soon as this is settled. This will
be in the form of a list as well as a Google Calendar that people who use
Google Calendar can add to their current list of calendars.

One thing that has been settled is that *there is no room available this
coming Wednesday, June 28* and so *our planning meeting will be a Zoom only
meeting, from 10am-11:30am*.

Regards,

-- Harry
