[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] HO printer troubles

I would be surprised if HP provides assistance with this. I think third
party cartridge sellers would be motivated to make this information
available. Case in point, check out this search:

I have not personally tried these methods, however. With luck, the printer
will allow a downgrade to an older firmware revision and there isn't code
that prevents them.
