George, All,

Any chance you pay for additional storage on Google Drive a feature 
called Google One?

Anyone who pays the minimum $1.99 a month for the basic 100 GB plan per 
year gets telephone and chat technical support provided to them via the 
Google one app.

I can contact them about lots of topics and they always answer. I don't 
always get the answer I want but I get someone to communicate with.
