[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] Outlook Mail

About a year ago when I clicked on Outlook it would not open.  I called the
Geek Squad and they went through a simple 4-step "Change/Repair" process
after which the problem was fixed.

 

It happened again, don't know why, 4 days ago and I repeated the repair.
Then it happened today, and I repeated the repair.

 

If anyone is having similar problems contact me and I'll provide the fix.
