Could you please post the plots of hospitalization rates for the mwra
districts on top of The Biobot plots of covid in Deer Island data to back
up your statement about "noise".  Runoff doesn't seem like it should be
noise.  Further, what is the magnitude of water runoff dilution as a
fraction of signal?
