Yes, only I needed and surpassed the 15 GB storage limit and being an Android customer I use Google Desktop for Windows to access my primary documents that are stored there and I don't mind paying $19.99 per year for 100 GB of storage enhanced photo editing features like Magic Eraser in Google photos normally available only to Google phone owners the pixel and use of their VPN.
Telephone tech support was basically an added bonus that I didn't know about when I signed up for what I needed.
It works really well you can chat with them from your phone relatively quickly or just simply talk to them on the phone. And you can ask them questions that are about other Google products not just Google Drive.
