All,

There are starting to accumulate a bunch of annoying discrepancies which
none of the existing theories are able to easily bridge -- for example: the
Huible Constant derived from two "quite independent paths" -- no-longer has
overlapping error bars -- so something is amiss

Is it time for another revamp of Physics comparable to the Quantum &
Relativity Era from about 125 to about 75 years ago? -- only time and space
can tell
