I would start “uninstalling” them all and rebooting. Windows will
reinstall, hopefully repair any glitches and “default” you. Quick and dirty
method.

If scary, before you go that route, manually download latest drivers direct
from dell for that model and OS specifically and get them on a thumbdrive.

I dont think Microsoft Troubleshooter ever came out to actually play ball,
ever. Just watched you!
