[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] iPhone software problem

I'll second Steve's recommendation for backmarket.com. I bought an
unlocked, refurbished Samsung Galaxy A35 from them. I had a few
questions before I bought the phone and they responded promptly to them.
They were also very helpful post-purchase, with suggestion as to how to
transfer data from my old phone to my new one. The price was very
reasonable.

I bought a phone in rated as in Excellent condition and, on arrival, it
was indistinguishable from a new phone.

Derek,
If you’re looking for a refurbished phone, consider backmarket.com.
I’ve bought two iPhones, and iPads from them.
Quality and support is excellent. They have a 30-day return policy
(return for any reason, no restocking charge) that I used once—the iPad
I purchased from them dropped in price a couple of days after it
arrived. So I bought the cheaper one, and returned the other (free
shipping) for a full refund.
Harry recommended them to me a while ago. It’s worth a look.
