[Lex Computer & Tech Group/LCTG] iPhone Storage Suddenly Disappears!

 Fellow members,
Until sometime this evening, I had 50 GB of iCloud storage for my iPhone, for which Apple extracted $0.99 per month from my credit card.  Then, without warning, Apple told me I had used up all of 5 GB of my 5 GB allotment (those are not typos! See screen shot, below.)
 
I recall having used ~13-14 GB of the 50 GB allotment.
When I go to Settings/iCloud, the storage info is more or less consistent with these new claims.
What’s going on?  What is the “+” appended to iCloud?  How can this be rectified?  Has my phone been hacked?
